Job Purpose

dnata is more than a global air and travel services provider. We connect people with possibilities and opportunities across 130+ airports in 34 countries through ground handling, cargo, travel, and catering & retail services. Our purpose is clear: to deliver on the promises our customers make. We are powered by a bold vision to be the world’s most admired air and travel services provider, which guides our strategy, culture, and every role across our teams. Our core values fuel everything we do: we are safe, we play to win, we respect everyone and work together as a team, and we are future thinking. At dnata, we foster diversity, nurture ambition, and celebrate achievement. If you're inspired by purpose and motivated to be part of a global team shaping the future of aviation and travel, we’d love to have you onboard.

As a Tenancy Contract Support Officer, you will support the management of all dnata Cargo contracts, including Terminal Handling Tariffs (both landside and airside), sponsorship agreements, tenancy agreements, and deferred payment arrangements with principals and customers. This includes analysing competitive rates and service levels at neighbouring airports, recommending tariff and service changes, and, upon approval, updating the relevant tariffs and agreements within company systems.

In this role you will:

  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Implement day-to-day tasks as assigned and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Manage new requests, renewals, and terminations of office and warehouse tenancies at dnata Freight Gates, while managing the needs and expectations of tenants within dnata Cargo Terminals.
  • Liaise with internal departments, the Maintenance Coordinator, and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, as well as cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
  • Analyse existing tariffs and recommend new pricing packages (airside and landside) for cargo terminals, and prepare and control the distribution of tariff documents to relevant department heads in close liaison with the Pricing & Contracts Controller.
  • Utilise systems to ensure easy access to accurate and up-to-date tariff and contract information. Arrange and follow up on the automation of manual services, system updates, enhancements, fixes, development activities, and UAT.
  • Liaise with the Finance, Revenue, and Operations departments to ensure appropriate procedures are followed and to address issues, queries, under-collections, and other matters requiring corrective actions or solutions.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and respond to auditors' queries by providing appropriate information and reports.
  • Prepare and support Standard Ground Handling Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Cargo Tariffs, as well as manage the related documentation and associated queries.
Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have 4 to 6 years of experience in the airline industry, particularly in contract management and facilities management.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Capable of working independently and adapting to changing trends and technologies within the airline and cargo industries.
  • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and compliance with safety standards.

You’ll have an edge if you have:
