Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
• Special projects as needed

• Seeking a degree in communication, marketing, business management or relative area.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume. Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation. Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall). Must be onsite; this is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
