Tasks
As part of this paid internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into Talent & Leadership Development and to actively contribute to our work. You will be working in the Talent Development department. We also provide you with the opportunity to shadow colleagues in other departments.
The following areas of responsibility await you on our team:
- Acquiring practical skills with a focus on talent and leadership development processes, as well as their operational and strategic implementation
- Supporting the redesign of a program for first-line leadership, the further development of additional talent programs, and the design and implementation of training for executives and HR professionals in the diverse work environment of the international airline industry
- Managing and coordinating projects, as well as participant management
- Potential and performance management analyses, as well as communication and support for talent conferences
- Participation in workshops, departmental meetings, project meetings, team meetings, and talent and leadership programs
Requirements
To join our team, you should be focusing on HR as part of your major or have a strong interest in the field. Additionally:
- At the time of the internship, you must be at least nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree program
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Strong communication skills, independence, and organizational skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Hands-on approach
- Fluency in written communication
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Proficiency in creating presentations
