About the Role

As a Freighter Load Control Officer, you will be responsible for centralized weight and balance functions across the Qatar Airways freighter network.

You are also required to ensure safe and high-quality freighter operations through effective preparation of load plans and load sheets while supporting compliance with operational, safety and regulatory requirements.

Other responsibilities are inclusive and not limited to:

• Prepare load plans, load sheets and optimize cargo loading for freighter flights.
• Act as the operational focal point for weight and balance activities during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with stations and stakeholders to ensure accurate payload and loading information.
• Ensure dangerous goods, special cargo and aircraft loading restrictions are considered during planning.
• Optimize aircraft loading configurations to maximize payload utilization and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with weight and balance, safety, security and operational procedures.
