About the Role
As a People Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, shaping its vision and driving operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure strong delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and technical quality, while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
In this role, you’ll
Define a clear team vision aligned with organizational strategy and translate it into actionable goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support their professional growth and performance.
Oversee planning, resource allocation, and improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Monitor progress on key initiatives, provide timely updates, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
Foster collaboration with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of critical issues while prioritizing long-term stability and customer satisfaction.
Encourage knowledge sharing and open communication within and across teams.
Your Profile
Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams or similar leadership roles.
Strong ability to set strategic direction, drive execution, and optimize operational performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
Background in software delivery, systems architecture, or development is a plus.
Collaborative mindset, flexibility, and dedication to creating an inclusive, team-first culture.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
