ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive software delivery using modern development practices.
The role requires deep expertise in the Java ecosystem and / or Microsoft.NET ecosystem, combined with experience in cloud/on-prem technologies, microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
Software Design & Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and backend services using either:.NET: C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs.
Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
Work with the portfolio architect for driving high-level architectural discussions and alignment of technical guardrails.
Develop solutions using microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architectures.
Integrate enterprise systems and third-party services through API-led connectivity patterns.
Support end-to-end feature delivery across UI, API, middleware, and database layers.
Technical Leadership
Lead development teams through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, security policies, and quality requirements.
Mentor and coach engineers build technical excellence across the team.
