Position Summary
As the Technical Lead for Electronic Engine Controls supporting Rolls Royce AE family of engines, you will be leading a team of engineers supporting AE engine control programs through the complete system/software development lifecycle.
In this role you will be interfacing with AE program team, external customers, Airworthiness, and others throughout the development lifecycle. This is a technical leadership role with significant technical management responsibility, that is expected to work effectively in a challenging, self-directed, and agile environment and ensures robust, timely program delivery.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for leading a team through the system/software development phases from program planning through service release as outlined in ARP4754 and DO-178
You will be communicating a clear view of all technical development activities and technical risks to team members and internal/external stakeholders
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans required to meet the program cost and schedules.
The ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers is required.
