YOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER, PROCUREMENT
This role is responsible for executing the sourcing strategy, managing end-to-end procurement processes, and leading a team of buyers or category specialists. This role focuses on optimizing category spend, mitigating supply chain risks, negotiating high-value contracts, driving cost-efficiency, and improving operational efficiency & streamline processes while ensuring strict compliance with corporate policy and governance.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION
Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting on Category Spend, Strategic plans, Project status and performance against established KPIs
Partner with key stakeholders in the senior management capacity to articulate Procurement agenda and strategies, influence them to support the goals and enabling necessary resources to deliver the objectives
Plan, develop, execute strategic sourcing projects to deliver targeted savings and other KPIs, including cash flow improvement, risk management and compliance
Collaborate with key stakeholders from other functions to lead ideation of Productivity and Innovation projects; kick-off, maintain progress, ensure timely achievement of the objectives and sharing periodic reports on the status
Ensure development of reliable supply base for all Categories needs, supplier evaluations and manage supply risks and business continuity
Ensure visibility and transparency of the Procurement spend, provide thought leadership by continuously analyzing the data and providing strategic perspective on identified key drivers that impact the business
Interface with users to understand needs and deliver continuous value across the supply chain
Own contract negotiations, management process and ensure compliance with legal requirements and Company’s policies and be able to supervise the team on the contract.
Develop strategic partnerships with Suppliers to drive innovation, including employment of digital systems and technologies that will transform the management of the all categories
