What are your contributions to the team?
Own Ariba catalog operations end to end, including catalog intake, enablement, maintenance, issue resolution, supplier coordination, content quality, user adoption, and continuous improvement of buying channels.
Improve procurement operations by streamlining procure-to-pay workflows, clarifying handoffs, resolving operational bottlenecks, and standardizing processes that support compliant and efficient purchasing.
Monitor procurement operations and catalog performance using SAP, Ariba, and Power BI, including adoption, touchless transaction rates, exception trends, cycle times, and compliance indicators, and translate insights into actions for stakeholders and leadership.
Support supplier collaboration by coordinating catalog onboarding requirements, maintaining supplier content quality, preparing user documentation, and providing training or support that improves catalog adoption and procurement transparency.
