Prospect Airport Services is looking for a people-centric leader to assist and oversee the Ticket Counter portion of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). This solutions-focused leader will assist the General Manager in assuring the shift runs smoothly.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide basic technical support to employees and supervisors for company technology and equipment.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs for company-issued iPads and other mobile devices.
Assist with setup, configuration, updates, and replacement of iPads and other electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot basic issues with computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other office equipment.
Coordinate with outside IT vendors or service providers when issues require additional technical support.
Assist employees with basic software, login, connectivity, and equipment-related issues.
Maintain records of company technology equipment, including assignments, repairs, replacements, and inventory.
Help ensure iPads and other devices are properly maintained, updated, and available for operational use.
