Overview
The Supervisor, Maintenance Planning is responsible for daily supervision and guidance for Maintenance Planning personnel within the Maintenance Planning department.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall supervision of the designated Maintenance Planners, including providing guidance and instruction concerning the execution of all daily job functions, shift scheduling, payroll, procedural training, and performance evaluations.
Perform routine audits of company computerized maintenance systems ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all schedule maintenance tasks.
Coordinate the activity required upon new aircraft arrival and the transfer of aircraft to and from the company fleet.
Ensure the timely execution of all Daily Remain Overnight (RON) Maintenance visits, Extended Visit, Mod Lines, and major component plans.
Monitor fleet maintenance capacity requirements and flight schedule changes and coordinate the necessary changes to ensure the minimum maintenance requirements are met.
