We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service.
Overview
In this role, you will function as a key liaison between the Supply Chain organization and internal stakeholders, including Joby's Executive Teams, Engineering, and Manufacturing. The Staff Supply Chain Program Manager will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members, including Global Supply Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. The Program Manager Lead will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage high-visibility, high-value programs, applying program/project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop a growing team of supply chain program managers to direct cross-functional supply chain activities.
Track and deliver progress across programs/products on supply chain readiness.
Develop mitigation strategies working with cross-functional teams and drive actions.
Lead the team in continuous improvement of program management processes.
Create and Maintain OKRs for Supply Chain Organization.
Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans.
Develop robust systems to track the progress of critical path readiness across our global supply chain.
Collect information and generate presentations to clearly and concisely communicate risk to the executive team.
Develop timelines to plan out part readiness against program timing and develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of information.
