Polish branch in Tajecina near Rzeszow is an integral part of the entire value chain, from engineering and technology (production engineering as well as design, analysis, project management, materials engineering) to production, assembly and repair. YOUR TASKS:Active participation in the development of technology projects for MTU RZE and MTU MUC or jointly;Focusing topics related to technology development and updating them for TPO road map;Control of the budget related to the projects;Tryouts connected with project supervision;Creating and proposing topics in the MTU Production Technology Road Map - presenting project proposals on the MUC forumDepending on the needs, the team will also handle projects that will not be qualified for financing from the technology project budget, and are included in TPOx road mapsIncrease efficiency in the production linesPerform (cross industrial) market analysis / market studies of innovative production technologiesAddress suitable solution in respect to cost saving, quality improvementPresent results in suitable meetings to TPO dept.Analyze current processes and address solutions to current problems / process improvementFocal Point for new ideas and projects in the field of production technology and automationTechnical reporting and further agreements to TXT/MUC on a regular basisWillingness to travel (RZE-MUC)APPLY IF YOU HAVE:Higher technical school (Master of Science as engineer)Experience in an industry background (production, assembly or comparable)Technical knowledge about production processes (machining, joining, coating, etc.) and/or assembly processesExperience in aviation industry or automotive or machine industryExperience in project managementExperience in quality management methods and statisticsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and process plansEnglish and/or German language on communication leve…
