Job Description
The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing facilities-related projects in support of site operations and business objectives. This role oversees projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site leadership to manage facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, workspace modifications, and capital projects.
Essential Functions
Lead facilities projects from initiation through closeout, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal customers, engineering, operations, EHS, security, finance, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
Manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects for office, manufacturing, lab, or support spaces as applicable.
Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
Monitor project performance to ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
