We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Flight Communications Controller to join our Operations team. This is a critical coordination role, acting as the central link between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services to ensure smooth and efficient flight execution.
The Role
As a Flight Communications Controller, you will maintain real-time operational awareness and ensure accurate, timely communication across all operational teams. You will play a key role in supporting crew logistics, managing updates, and helping to maintain continuity across a dynamic, fast-moving flight programme.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central communication hub between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services for all flight-related updates
Maintain real-time operational awareness, tracking aircraft movements, crew status, and schedule changes
Manage and coordinate crew travel and accommodation, including day-of-operations (Day 0) changes and forward planning
Perform quality control checks on upcoming flights to ensure accuracy, readiness, and compliance
Interpret weather reports and operational data, escalating risks or issues to Operations leadership
Support IROPS management, including delays, AOG events, diversions, and schedule disruptions
Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, ensuring clear visibility of flight status and performance
Provide administrative and operational support to Scheduling and Operations teams, ensuring continuity across shifts
