Key duties
Prepare and deliver training programs, including classroom learning and on-the-job training.
Confirm participant attendance and ensure training rooms, computers, materials, exercises, and activities are ready.
Facilitate clear, engaging learning sessions for employees with different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Administer exams, document results, and communicate whether required standards have been achieved.
Evaluate participant performance and provide timely, constructive coaching and feedback.
Provide operational support and coaching to front-line employees as required.
Complete training records and all related administrative documentation accurately and on time.
Review existing and proposed training programs and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with the Training Delivery Manager and other members of the Customer Service Training team.
Support training related to airport, cargo, and dangerous goods operations, as assigned.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or a related learning role.
Experience in cargo, airport, airline, or another operational environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt your approach to different personalities and learning needs.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
