Job Description
The Agile Development Group (ADG), Surveillance and Strike Business Area in Ashburn, VA specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), next-generation weapon systems, and other airborne technologies. We are seeking a Senior Associate Program Manager that must understand project management processes and have experience leading small to mid-sized projects involving developing technology and products and manufacturing hardware to meet customer requirements. This position will have profit and loss responsibility and overall authority to lead a matrix team of engineers and operations staff to execute one or more DoD UAS / UAV development or production contracts. The Program Manager will typically spend their time; 80% on development of new or manufacturing of existing UAV products, 10% developing proposals for new or follow-on contracts, and 10% on personal and organizational improvement and growth.
