Job Description
The Missile Solution Segment of L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Specialist, Program Manager. This role is located at our Huntsville, AL office or Orange, VA facility. This position assists in leading all phases of programs: planning, execution, strategy, and management. Drives program action to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow for an existing program. Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated project areas working with a program lead or manager to achieve results. Acts as customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions with customers for assigned aspects of proposal development, negotiations, and execution. Assists in coordinating program support, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on time and on budget deliveries.
Essential Functions
Under general supervision, will provide general program direction, control, and coordination.
Responsible for management and contract performance of a program or elements of a program.
Responsible for multi-functional programs.
Manages and at times directs assigned programs, which includes defining and understanding program scope, managing overall schedules and budget in accordance with applicable contractual and L3Harris policies.
