Evaluate and propose cutting-edge technological acquisition opportunities for the machining, sheet metal,composite, and assembly sectors, allowing the organization to achieve technological excellence.
Define the strategy for carrying out its projects: content, scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risks, qualitymanagement, communications, and training.
Manage the activities of the development project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan,acquisition, implementation and production start-up.
Manage the budget, schedule, and resources in all phases. Prepare and present progress reports to differentlevels of management.
Align the work of the resources involved and be the interface between the different matrix services.
Manage client expectations and change requests within projects.
Develop risk management and mitigation plans.
Participate in problem solving and recovery plans when necessary to meet deadlines for key deliverables.
