What You Will Do
Lead and mentor the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional customer service and strengthen the Pratt & Whitney brand.
Develop and implement customer support strategies, policies and processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Define engine shop visit metrics, guide the customer support team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve customer and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including coordinating and hosting senior executive customer visits.
Partner with internal Program, Sales and cross-functional teams to grow market share and deliver company C.O.R.E. standards while fostering a high-performance and engaged team culture.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing and quotation management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills within a cross-functional and international environment.
Strong customer focus with strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is an advantage) and willingness to travel at short notice.

Technical background in aircraft engines or aerospace engineering.
