As a Supervisor Engine Assembly you will lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for safety, quality, delivery, and cost matters, as well as for communication and coordination with various departments across the organization Your tasks
Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with all applicable safety, health, environmental, airworthiness, company, and regulatory requirements
Planning, assigning, and monitoring work orders and resources in line with workload requirements
Ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Organizing and coordinating the required equipment, tools, and work instructions to support smooth operational activities
Managing and developing employee capabilities and qualifications while ensuring appropriate training and development opportunities
