Responsibilities Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a key member of the Total Rewards team, supporting the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that drive attraction, retention, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations and market insights while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
The role is responsible for market pricing, compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, salary structure administration, compensation analytics, and compensation governance across U.S. and international operations as applicable.
Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Lead and support the annual compensation planning process, including merit, bonus, and incentive programs.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using Radford and other compensation survey sources.
Lead participation in annual compensation surveys, including job matching, data validation, survey submissions, and market analysis.
Develop recommendations for salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation programs based on market data and business needs.
