About the role
Position Overview:
As an ERP Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing ERP solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational performance.
You will collaborate with analysts, implementers, and end-users to translate functional needs into technical solutions, ensuring system stability, scalability, and efficiency. This role requires advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules, reports, and interfaces.
Collaborate with business analysts and implementers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Optimize ERP performance, stability, and integration with other systems.
Design and execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
Build and support workflows, automations, and user-defined functions.
Conduct unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Provide technical documentation and guidelines for implemented solutions.
Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ongoing system improvements.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven experience as ERP Developer (Priority ERP – must).
Strong knowledge of Oracle, database structures, and optimization.
Experience with software development methodologies and version control.
Familiarity with financial, logistics, and commercial business processes – advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication (English).
