Job Description
This position will be responsible for management multiple contracts over at least two different Customers, to include Air Force and UAS programs. This team is focused on selling SIGINT products to various Customer and continue to build our Customer base and product backlog. This Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading a program team through all aspects of a contract lifecycle, from request for proposal (RFP), through negotiations and award, and through the execution of contracts to final delivery to Customers. The PM manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction.
Essential Functions
Full accountability for the financial well-being and on time deliveries of the programs they manage. This comes with having to manage and hold functional groups accountable to the execution of the program.
Responsible for briefing customer, user, and upper management on all facets of the program. Frequent customer, user, and upper management interaction is routine.
Directs the work of functional employees in the execution of the assigned projects while establishing and monitoring performance to schedules, plans and milestones. The selected individual must set the highest ethical standards for self and others.
