Role Purpose

What you will be doing
Manage daily building operations and facilities
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the building, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, supplier coordination, office facilities, and workplace support.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and supplier performance
Manage building-related budgets, procurement, invoices, supplier agreements, lease obligations, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance, safety, and risk management
Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, HSE, fire safety, and security requirements, while supporting risk assessments and emergency preparedness.
Administer access control and critical documentation
Manage keys, access cards, ID cards, visitor access, and maintain accurate records of contracts, maintenance, compliance, and building documentation.
Provide administrative and stakeholder support
Support management teams with administrative tasks, act as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, and coordinate building-related enquiries and services.
