Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Salesforce Tech Lead is a hands-on technical lead responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise applications.
This role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and distributed development teams to translate business needs into secure, maintainable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate can independently lead complex initiatives, guide other developers, balance multiple priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery from requirements through production support.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, production validation, and support.
Serve as a hands-on technical lead, building complex Salesforce functionality while guiding other developers.
Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, platform APIs, and related Salesforce capabilities.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements and recommend practical Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, integration approaches, and implementation plans.
Coordinate onshore and offshore developers through design guidance, code reviews, dependency management, and technical issue resolution.
Lead technical delivery across multiple Salesforce projects, enhancements, defects, technical debt, and production-support priorities.
