Job Description
L3 Harris is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead classified programs while simultaneously managing and developing a team of experienced program managers within the Global Networks Business Area. The Senior Program Manager will also have responsibility for proposal development, strategic planning, customer engagement, and overall program and portfolio performance. The role owns cost, schedule, technical performance, risk posture, and customer satisfaction for assigned programs and serves as a senior leader influencing cross-functional execution. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for communication within and outside of L3Harris.
Essential Functions
Own cost, schedule, resourcing, contractual compliance, and technical performance for multiple production, development, or field-support programs.
Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, including design concepts, criteria setting, development, integration, test, and production.
Conduct regular program reviews covering earned value, cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management.
