About the role
There is currently a job opening “IT Support Engineer” to join our IT Support team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible to interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support. If you are passionate about delivering excellent support experience, enjoy taking ownership of technical issues and value collaboration and transparency within the team, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What you will do
Install and configure new hardware and software
Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running
Monitor IT helpdesk, by controlling of service requests and incidents through Jira Service desk
Provide support to end users in accordance with SLAs concerning software applications and hardware
Be responsible for the administration of MS Windows 10/11 and mobile technologies (IOS/android)
Participate in configuration of network and system devices
You fit, if you cover the following requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field
1-3 years of relevant working experience
Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
Strong knowledge in MS Office applications
Familiarity with Active directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) or MS Intune will be considered as an asset
Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)
