Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Technology Innovation, the Group Technology Project Lead is primarily responsible for driving the research, evaluation, and delivery of assigned technology product streams. This role requires a strong command of current technology market trends and R&D insights, translating them into actionable product directions and ensuring end-to-end project delivery within the defined product scope. This role also works closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, cross-functional teams, while maintaining a focused level of stakeholder engagement primarily at the operational and team levels.
What You'll Do
Product Delivery and Project Execution
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned technology product streams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across development, testing, and deployment phases within the agile delivery framework
Maintain and refine the product backlog for assigned product streams in collaboration with Business Analysts, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria
Track and report on project delivery status, risks, and issues, escalating blockers in a timely manner
Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective sessions, driving a results-oriented delivery culture within the team
