Position Description
Being a training specialist in BM and LM. Deliver training to HAECO staff for their competency. Co-ordinate external training and soft skill training. Manage potential certifying staff development programme. Manage trainee/direct entry staff training development program. Lead departmental development project and assist BM & LM improvement projects implementation.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality in-house training to frontline staff to ensure the required level of competency.
Develop, review, and update training syllabi and training materials.
Handle training requests and identify training needs from BM and LM departments.
Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and HKIA training programmes.
Manage development and training programmes for trainees and direct-entry staff.
Provide recommendations and solutions for safety-related issues in aircraft maintenance operations.
Assist in manpower planning and budget management as assigned.
What You'll Need
Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance / training or equivalent
Acquired Degree in engineering or equivalent, OR Passed HKAR-147 Category A Basic Training or equivalent.
Fully follow and enforce safety policies and maintenance procedures.
Identify and reporting unsafe acts, perform unsafe acts diagnosis and provide recommendation.
Positive attitude and proactively motivate staff.
With excellent presentation skill to share the training information.
