About the role
As our new ECP Payroll Systems Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll systems run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly for thousands of colleagues across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. Acting as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you'll drive system optimisation, continuous improvement, and innovation across our HR and Payroll landscape.

What you'll be doing:
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), providing specialist knowledge and support across the business.
Configuring, maintaining and optimising payroll schemas, rules and system settings to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
Supporting quarterly releases, system upgrades and regression testing activities, ensuring new functionality is successfully deployed.
Managing payroll-related incidents, service requests and root cause investigations, driving timely and effective resolutions.
Supporting integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Finance systems and third-party providers.
Ensuring system security, audit controls, GDPR requirements and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
