In this role, you become the go-to person for our work planning system — empowering users, managing data, and making sure everything runs smoothly.You don’t just support the system — you own how it’s used.Your responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support to business users in operating the new work planning systemEnable users to get the most out of the system in their daily workEnsure proper and efficient use of system functionalities across all user groupsTake control of data: uploads, corrections, and quality assuranceSolve real problems — from data issues to system behaviorSupport rollouts and bring new teams successfully onboardWork closely with the Product Owner to test and introduce new features Our requirementsDegree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field OR relevant professional experienceExperience in application support, key user roles, or similar (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems)Experience with data handling (e.g. Excel, imports/exports, structured datasets)Ideally exposure to enterprise environments (e.g. SAP or similar systems)A hands-on, problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and confidence working with dataAbility to understand systems end-to-endHands-on, structured, and solution-oriented working styleStrong communication skills to interact with both business and ITFluent EnglishBenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industry.Annual and long-term bonus schemes.An organ…
