This is a hybrid position located in Memphis TN, Plano TX, or Pittsburg PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.
Essential Functions
About the Role - Leads cross-functional and cross-opco teams through all phases of the project lifecycle to successfully deliver strategic business and technology initiatives. Responsible for managing enterprise projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners with technical and business stakeholders across FedEx Express to support operational initiatives, legacy system modernization, international deployments, and continuous process improvement while adhering to GPDE and Organizational Change Management (OCM) standards.
Ability to train & mentor others on FedEx Express operational processes, legacy Express systems, dispatch operations, DSM platforms, Global Pickup & Delivery Ecosystem (GPDE), field operations, and international business processes.
Coordinate business, technical, and operational teams supporting FedEx Express initiatives, including legacy Express platforms, dispatch operations, field operations, and international implementations.
Lead multiple cross-functional and cross-opco projects through the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and project closeout.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with approved project scope.
Facilitate projects utilizing Project Management & Engineering methodology, Everest processes, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) standards.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and FedEx Work Requests (FWRs) supporting operational and technology initiatives.
Lead project governance activities including executive status reporting, issue management, scope control, change management, and stakeholder communications.…
