Position Summary
The Talent Systems Specialist provides day-to-day administration and technical support for talent systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), and develops practical automations and AI-enabled agents that improve service, reduce manual work, and strengthen Talent Acquisition and People Team processes. System Administration and Support
Administer, support, and troubleshoot ATS and other talent systems used by Talent Acquisition and the People Team, including user, candidate, workflow, access, integration, and data issues.
Support system configuration, testing, releases, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance to promote reliable and effective system performance.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Automation and AI Enablement
Design, build, test, document, deploy, monitor, and maintain workflow automations that reduce repetitive work, improve handoffs, and increase process consistency.
Create and configure AI-enabled agents to support approved Talent Acquisition and People Team use cases, including information retrieval, guided support, task assistance, and process enablement.
