The Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Space Mission Systems (SMS) organization has an exciting opportunity supporting Proprietary programs and is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Seal Beach, California, with potential options to work from El Segundo, California; Aurora or Colorado Springs, Colorado; Herndon or Leesburg, Virginia; or Kennedy Space Center, Florida, based on program needs.

As a member of the Systems Engineering team, you will join a diverse team and apply your skills to analyze and develop system and subsystem requirements, interface control documents, support systems architecture and design, system integration, test, verification, and validation to ensure the system satisfies the intent of customer requirements. This role involves creating innovative solutions to technical challenges, providing system support with automation, modern tools, and overseeing projects to ultimately deliver the end product.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads Ground and System Level verification, validation, integration and test
Leads the planning, organization, implementation of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity and technology readiness
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, and develop requirements
