What are your contributions to the team?
Based on engineering documentation, define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
Incorporate standard times into work instructions to ensure proper product cost calculation.
Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
Design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met in product planning (as-designed, as-planned).
Participate in, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.
Ensure the functionality of tooling and visual aids used during implementation on the production line.
Promote continuous improvements on the production line.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing or automotive product engineering environment.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
You have experience working with structural manufacturing.
You possess intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written) and are able to hold conversations in English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Charts, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros), and PowerPoint.4
You have knowledge of CATIA V5, SAP, 3DVIA, and DITMCO.
You demonstrate strong skills in teamwork, continuous improvement, results orientation, customer service mindset, and problem-solving.
You are available to work rotating shifts.
Location: El Marqués Industrial Park Plant, Querétaro, Mexico.
