3+ years of direct project or product management experience on cross-functional projects required
Up to 20% domestic and international travel
Knowledge of project/program management process/ principles required
Experience leading risk management activities, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
Ability to analyze business needs, evaluate strategic options, and develop recommendations to support business objectives.
Experience driving issue resolution and decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized and the ability to multi-task competing priorities, asks, and timelines
Team building and collaboration skills required. Creates strong relationships with all stakeholders, especially the business owner and sponsors.
Clearly communicates, presents, escalates, and provides solutions to senior leadership
Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure and direction, and drive key outcomes
Innovation and continuous improvement results-oriented mindset; a self-starter
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
Preferred qualifications
PMP; Six Sigma Green Belt, SPHR
Knowledge of HR Operations/Programs
Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security
