What You Will Do
Lead the deployment, embedding and sustainment of the CORE operating system across all PWMS value streams and support functions.
Govern the CORE Council, set the cadence, standards and accountability that keep CORE live, visible and driving results at every tier.
Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: governs its scoring, reporting and progression, holding process owners accountable for closing gaps and delivering improvement projects.
Govern the maturity progression of data & digital as scored in the CMA, in partnership with the Data Analyst / digital team, who own the data-governance framework and its delivery. This role measures and drives maturity; it does not duplicate the governance activity.
Drive measurable improvement in efficiency, predictability and process control through the disciplined application of CORE tools and methods.
Own technology maturity as a key accountability, progress Key Process (Technology Enabled) and the site technology roadmap, moving PWMS toward connected, real-time and predictable operation.
Prioritize and sponsor technology and automation opportunities (robotics, machine connectivity, applied AI, predictive maintenance), partnering with engineering to deliver them against the roadmap.
Work alongside the Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) to advance automation and implement new technologies across the site.
