About the role
There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Digital Optimization Specialist to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and coordination of digital services, ensuring a seamless experience across our digital touchpoints. By leveraging data-driven insights, experimentation, and continuous improvement practices, you will play a key role in enhancing digital performance, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

What you will do
Execute and manage A/B testing and experimentation across digital touchpoints to drive data-informed decision-making
Contribute to ideation by proposing test hypotheses based on data and insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking and support identification of optimization opportunities
Support and propose CRO initiatives to improve conversion, revenue, and user experience
Monitor, report, and communicate performance of digital products and optimization initiatives
