Primary Job Duties

As a Crew Scheduler, you'll collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and all four of our airline partners to keep our flights covered and operating on time. As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:
Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
As a Crew Scheduler, you'll enjoy:
