About the Ancillary Products Department

The Ancillary Products Department plays a crucial role in enhancing Wizz Air’s profitability by developing revenue-generating services beyond ticket sales. This includes optimizing products such as priority boarding, baggage policies, in-flight services, bundled offers and partner ancillaries. The team continuously analyzes the market, tests new strategies, and refines pricing to maximize ancillary revenue streams.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Product Portfolio: Manage a limited portfolio of partner ancillary revenue stream

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and presentations to support business decisions

• Competitive Insights: Conduct ad-hoc analysis on competitor propositions and services

• Team Support: Assist in the daily operations of the Ancillary Revenue team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English

• Currently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status for at least one more year

• Graduating within two years

• Available to work at least 20 hours per week

• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Previous traineeship experience is a plus

• Interest in commercial strategy, product development, behavioral economics, and aviation

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• A team player with a "work hard, play hard" approach

• Ambitious, eager to learn and grow, and looking at Wizz Air as a career opportunity
