Technician Facility Management

For a temporary replacement, our Facility department is searching for a new multi-tech colleague for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performing allocated work and service orders including regular & preventive Maintenance
• Monitor and repair technical systems of the building
• Monitor and repair H&S materials
• Troubleshooting of defective technical building equipment and installations
• Perform installation repair and maintenance of electrical systems (as per training BT-h/v)
• Performing general housekeeping tasks
• Performing dirty jobs on sanitary, pit and HVAC installations
• Adhering to procedures and use of safe equipment and tools
• Completing technical documentation in case of changes done in house
• Monitor and repair Security equipment
• Installation or repair of office furniture

Requirements

• A degree in the maintenance of technical installation (electricity and/or HVAC)
• A certification in electricity (low-voltage) is an advantage. A technical test is foreseen during the the hiring process
• 3 years+ of professional experience in a technical maintenance company or in a relevant technical environment
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A proactive and motivated mindset with a high level of commitment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• Language skills: English is required; Luxembourgish, French, or German are considered an advantage
• A friendly behavior towards colleagues and other staff
• Good physical conditions required for standing, walking, bending, kneeling and carrying

• The position requires obtaining an airport security badge. By this way, a certificate of Good Conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• This is a temporary contract of 12 months
