(Senior) SAP SuccessFactors Integration Suite Developer (m/f/diverse)

Join the HR IT team at Lufthansa Group Business Services and help shape reliable HR technology solutions for global business partners. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Suite Developer, you will design and maintain integrations across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP and external systems in an international environment.

• Design, develop and maintain iFlows using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration
• Build integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP and external systems
• Configure APIs, adapters, connectivity and authentication
• Develop mappings, transformations and Groovy scripts
• Support Employee Central replication scenarios
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support testing, optimization, documentation and integration security

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration and end-to-end interface lifecycle management
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and its integration capabilities
• Experience with Groovy scripting, message mapping, XML, JSON and XSLT

• Practical experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs, SOAP, REST services and Compound Employee API
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, SOAP, OData and SFTP connectivity protocols and adapters
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, architecture, security and external providers
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to translate complex integration requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Ability to work in complex enterprise and hybrid SAP HR landscapes
