Senior Technical Instructors Job Descriptions

1. Carry out instructional duties for theory classes and practical sessions.
2. Carry out course development duties for theory courses and practical tasks.
3. Create and compile questions for examination banks.
4. Undertake duties of other authorised appointments - Examiners, Assessors and Invigilators.
5. Comply with regulatory requirements (eg. Part-147, Part-66) and in-house policies and procedures (MTOE, TTPM).
6. Ensure that all equipment is in working condition prior to the start of class.
7. Maintain proper conduct and discipline of the classes
8. Participate in continuous improvement projects or special projects

Qualifications & Experience

1. Category B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with minimum 5 years working experience in Line/Base Maintenance
2. Technical Training Instructor Authorisation with minimum 3 years experience in conducting CAAS Basic modules, Aircraft Type courses is preferred
3. Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4. Team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
