Business Process Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Human Capital stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges and opportunities for digitalisation
• Analyse workflows and translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows and solution specifications

Digital Solutions, Automation & AI Implementation

• Design, develop and implement digital and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, Python or other relevant technologies
• Design and implement AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI agents and intelligent workflows, to streamline HC processes and enhance employee experience
• Integrate solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and other data sources, while ensuring appropriate testing, documentation and governance

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and management decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, reporting requirements and meaningful data visualisations
• Prepare, cleanse, transform, validate and model data from multiple sources using tools such as Power Query, DAX, SQL or Python

Project Delivery & Change Management

• Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development or configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and post-implementation support
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies with business users, Technology teams and external vendors
• Support user communications, training, documentation and adoption activities for implemented solutions

Solution Support, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues relating to digital solutions, automation workflows, AI solutions and dashboards
• Monitor solution performance and usage, and identify opportunities for optimisation, scalability and further automation.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation, test evidence, operating procedures and solution inventories

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, business process automation, data analytics, application development or technology project implementation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, with working knowledge of Power Query, data modelling and DAX
• Experience designing and implementing AI, automation or digital solutions to address business requirement
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, prompt engineering and intelligent automation
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure AI, UiPath, Python, SQL, APIs would be advantageous
• Good understanding of Human Capital processes and the ability to identify how they can be improved through digital solutions, automation, AI and data analytic
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication and project coordination skills
• Self-driven, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering practical, scalable and user-focused solutions
