Security Manager

1. Chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch hoạt động; Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và phân bổ nguồn lực và chi phí hoạt động của phòng an ninh Vietjet AMO.

2. Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và kiểm soát hệ thống quản lý an ninh (SeMS) đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.

3. Giám sát, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của Ban an ninh TCBD Vietjet.

4. Thiết lập Chương trình An ninh Hàng không, các chính sách, quy trình, biện pháp an ninh hàng không của TCBD Vietjet.

5. Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện chương trình huấn luyện an ninh hàng không theo định kỳ & đột xuất theo chuyên đề đáp ứng yêu cầu của Chương trình ANHK được phê chuẩn.

6. Phối hợp bộ phận Huấn luyện trong quản lý và bảo đảm nội dung và tiêu chuẩn huấn luyện bộ môn An ninh hàng không.

7. Đánh giá rủi ro an ninh hàng không các hoạt động bảo dưỡng của Vietjet AMO và báo cáo Giám đốc hoặc người được ủy quyền.

8. Làm đầu mối liên hệ an ninh và đảm bảo an ninh với Phòng An ninh Công ty và các nhà Chức trách liên quan.

9. Phối hợp với phòng An ninh và Ủy ban ứng phó khẩn nguy Vietjet triển khai các chương trình hành động; trực tiếp điều hành và giám sát triển khai các chỉ đạo của Ủy ban và Giám đốc đến phòng ban của TCBD.

10. Xây dựng ngân sách nguồn lực và chương trình hành động của năm; triển khai các kế hoạch đã được duyệt đảm bảo mục tiêu & chất lượng đảm bảo an ninh hàng không của TCBD.

11. Xây dựng và thực hiện các kế hoạch đánh giá đảm bảo an ninh hàng không trong nội bộ TCBD; Đảm bảo kế hoạch và yêu cầu khắc phục các điểm không phù hợp được thực hiện.

12. Quản lý việc Duy trì và phát triển kế hoạch ứng phó khẩn nguy của TCBD VietJet.

13. Phối hợp và tham gia các chương trình diễn tập định kỳ ứng phó khẩn nguy của Công ty và ACV.

14. Chủ trì điều tra sự cố an ninh, xác định nguyên nhân, triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục và phòng ngừa.

15. Thực hiện
các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

1. To be responsible to plan the security operations; Budget planning, manage & allocate avail. resources and operation espenses of Vietjet AMO Security Section.

2. Responsible to develop and control the Security Management System to ensure the system operates effectively.

3. Supervise and manage all operation and activities of Vietjet AMO SecuritySection.

4. Establish the Vietjet AMO's aviation security program, security policies and procedures.

5. Establish and conduct aviation security training program periodically and unscheduled special article satisfying approved Security Program.

6. Coordinate with Training section in managing and ensuring Aviation Security training contents & standards.

7. Conduct security risk assessment and report to AMO Director or authorized persons.

8. To be Vietjet AMO security focal point to deal/ coordinate with Company Security department and related authorities.

9. Co-ordinate with Vietjet Security department and Company Security Comittee to deploy all required action plans; Directly manage and supervise implemantation of the Commitee and Director' directions.

10. Establish annual budget and operation plans; Deploy approved plans and ensure security goals & operation quality to maintain AMO security target.

11. Establish and conduct AMO internal security audits; Supervise and ensure non-compliance rectification plan to be properly carried out.

12. Manage the maintaining and developing of Vietjet AMO's Emergency Response Plan.

13. Coordinate and taking part in the periodical Emergency Response plans of the company and ACV.

14. Host investigation of security issues/incidents, analyze the root causes and promugate the corrective and preventive measures.

15. Perform
other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
