The Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Naval Air Missiles (NAM) Sub-Strategic Business Unit with the Tomahawk Portfolio of Programs is seeking a person working within Program Operations Manager and Material Program Manager group focused on metrics, data tracking, presentations, key supplier efforts and CAM Support to the Tomahawk Program as rates increase and efficiencies need to be found for improvements in the factories and suppliers. This includes supporting all the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) manufacturing sites.

What You Will Do

• Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers while leveraging strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Manage and execute the processes, standards and plans in support of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSC) strategy.
• Provide Cost Account Management (CAM) support as needed.
• Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings.
• Provide support for proposals including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Standard Bidding Tool (SBT).
• Provide support as needed for Missile Delivery and Teardown Tracking support with SAP tools for development.
• Provide support to the Material Program Manager (MPM) team for metrics, data analytics, presentations and supplier engagements.
• Implement key performance indicators internally with Operations to ensure timely delivery to customers and adherence to the plan.
• Lead initiatives focused on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency across OSC processes (CORE).

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
• Experience in working in a manufacturing factory environment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior experience working in Manufacturing Factories. Experience with data analytics and dashboard development to support metrics
• Presenting to Program Leaders and Customers effectively communicating strategies and influential communications
• Earned Value Management System Certified
• Experience managing employees and teams and working within a matrix organization and leading across multi-site operations, strong organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage complex tasks effectively.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access prior to start date.

• Remote across the Continental US: Quarterly travel to Tucson will be required for critical meetings and engagements with the team and customers.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
