Job Summary

Manages Shop Floor Scheduling activities in the Production Area. It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.
• Monitor manufacturing performance / performance daily against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.
• Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.
• Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 year experience in similar position
• Understand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts
• Shortages analysis
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Material transaction, level loading, BOM
• Excel level Medium/High, for quick decision making reports and front end pages for production users.
• English : Advanced
• Bachelor in Engineering or Administration
