Procurement Expert

We are the national airline of the Republic of Serbia and one of the oldest airlines in Europe with a history that dates back to 1927. We fly to over 100 regular, seasonal and charter destinations throughout Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, Asia and Africa, both in passenger and cargo traffic. Our fleet currently consists of thirty-one aircrafts.

Job Description

• Analyzes the Company's requirements for materials, components, tools, and services, and plans procurement activities in line with operational needs and fleet development plans.
• Develops and monitors procurement plans and consumption forecasts based on historical data, operational requirements, and planned activities.
• Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes inventory levels of materials and components to ensure business continuity and efficient cost management.
• Conducts procurement processes, collects and evaluates supplier quotations, and negotiates with suppliers to secure the most favorable commercial and operational terms.
• Monitors the execution of purchase orders and deliveries, coordinates activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and takes appropriate actions to ensure the timely availability of required resources.
• Maintains and develops relationships with existing suppliers, identifies potential new suppliers, and participates in supplier performance evaluations.
• Participates in the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of supplier contracts, ensuring the protection of the Company's interests.
• Analyzes market trends, price movements, and opportunities for procurement cost optimization, and proposes measures to achieve cost savings.
• Ensures that all procured materials, components, and services comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and the Company's internal procedures.
• Prepares reports and analyses related to procurement and inventory management, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and proposes initiatives to improve process efficiency.

• Najmanje 2 godine radnog iskustva
• Engleski jezik - odlično, aktivno
• Rad na računaru (Word, Excel, Power Point)
