Operational Key Account Manager (m/f/diverse)

What you’ll do

• Develop operational solutions and pricing concepts for customer requirements
• Coordinate global tenders and align solutions, costs and stakeholders
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into scalable operations
• Drive supplier selection balancing quality, capability and cost targets
• Manage end-to-end implementation of new business incl. testing and stabilization
• Monitor profitability, service quality and operational performance
• Support customer meetings and QBRs with operational expertise
• Drive process optimization, standardization and continuous improvement
• Develop SOPs, tools and operational standards for scalable execution
• Liaise with Sales, KAM, Network, Finance and external partners

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor & 5 years or Master & 3 years or vocational training & 8 years, preferably in logistics
• Fluent in French, English and preferably Dutch
• Strong and proven knowledge of Express Network Solutions is mandatory
• Independent, solution-oriented work attitude combined with fast apprehension
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Excellent intercultural skills
• Ability to work in a matrix setup
• Distinctive pragmatic solution finding for complex problems
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent data analytics skills with competency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
